HaYi Privacy Agreement

Welcome to HaYi! We take your privacy and personal information protection very seriously. Please read this Privacy Agreement carefully before you use this application. This Agreement is intended to explain to you how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information.  Mobile device ID and information: including the device's unique identifier (such as IMEI number or UDID number), device model (such as iPhone 13, Samsung Galaxy S21, etc.), and device manufacturer (such as Apple, Samsung, etc.).

 Operating system and version information: The type of operating system and its version number (such as iOS 15.0, Android 11, etc.) used by your device. This information helps us ensure the compatibility and functionality of the application.

 System configuration information: including the device's language settings, time zone, screen resolution, storage status, etc., which helps us optimize the display and performance of the application.

 Device and application identification number: information used to identify and track specific devices and application instances, such as advertising identifiers (such as IDFA or GAID) for personalized advertising push and service improvement.

 Browser type and version: When you use embedded web pages or visit external links, the browser type (such as Chrome, Safari, etc.) and version information collected ensures web page compatibility and user experience.

 Hardware model: including the hardware specifications of the device, such as processor type, memory capacity, etc., to evaluate and optimize the running performance of the application.

 Internet service provider and/or mobile operator information: used to identify your network provider (such as China Mobile, Verizon, etc.) for diagnosis and optimization when there are network problems.

 Internet Protocol (IP) address (or proxy server address): used to determine the geographic location and network connection status of your device to optimize network performance and content delivery.

7. Changes to the Privacy Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Agreement at any time. Any changes will be announced in the application or notified to you by email. The modified agreement will take effect from the date of the announcement. If you continue to use this application after the agreement is changed, it will be deemed that you agree and accept the terms of the new privacy agreement.
